Sitton Motor Lines uses GeoLogic Solutions mobile
communications technology to communicate with our fleet of linehaul trucks. Each truck is equipped with a
multi-mode unit that can send and receive messages using both satellite and terrestrial networks. This provides us with
complete coverage and keeps us in touch with our drivers at all times.
Using global positioning satellite (GPS) technology, we automatically collect position reports for each truck in our fleet
on an hourly basis. We can also determine the present location of any given truck on demand.
Actual arrival and departure times are transmitted by our drivers on a real-time basis, and are automatically
integrated into our computer system. This means that our operations center knows the current status of every load
that has been entrusted to us. This information is also available to our customers through EDI and our Internet-based Load
Tracking application at all times.

|
Sitton also employs Terion's FleetView® trailer
fleet management system. More than simply timed location reporting, FleetView is an intelligent, event-driven, exception-based
information system. In their FleetView system, Terion has applied the knowledge gathered from years of development and
on-the-road time in tens of thousands of trailers.
FleetView tells us where our available trailers are, which ones are carrying loads, which ones are being detained at the dock,
and which ones are idle on a real-time basis.

Driver & Load® is a decision support tool that produces optimal driver-to-load assignments.
Using Driver & Load® recommendations, our load planners are able
to minimize deadhead miles and maximize equipment utilization. Driver
& Load®'s primary objective is to ensure that our customer's
loads are picked up and delivered on time, while also meeting the needs
of our drivers. Driver & Load®
is the most sophisticated driver-to-load assignment software of its kind
because of the following features:
- Full-time global optimization considers every potential driver-to-load
assignment regardless of artificial geographical or temporal boundaries,
ensuring that all opportunities are considered.
- Dynamic solution that continuously re-optimizes as conditions
change.
- Accurate real-world modeling considers every relevant factor
and is customized for our unique operation.
- Global alternate optimization offers several alternative driver-to-load
assignments for our planners to consider, including their relative efficiency
scores.
- Sophisticated "look-ahead" feature appropriately incorporates
future events based on predicted reliability.

Drop & Swap® is a decision support tool that produces optimal, enroute
driver- and load-swapping recommendations to meet customer and driver
needs. By utilizing real-time GPS position reports, driver hours of service
data, and load delivery schedules, Drop & Swap® is able
to provide our operations personnel with the optimal swapping locations
and drivers. This tool also gives us the ability to load our trucks with
the nearest freight, and then swap loads to meet driver home-time requirements.
Thus, we are able to reduce deadhead miles and increase driver satisfaction
levels.
